All orders must be placed through the website portal for tracking purposes. No orders will be accepted via email, call or text.

any mileage over 10 miles from 33301 your account will be charged $1.00 per mile.

Please submit your showing assist orders with at least 24 hours’ notice of the showing. Orders received with less than 24 hours notice will incur a rush fee of $25. Less than 4 hours notice incurs a $50 rush fee.

24-hour notice cancelations, no cancellation fee will be issued.

Less than 12 hours notice, 50% of the original fee will be charged.

Less than 2 hours the showing fee will still be charged.

If the buyer no-shows the showing fee will still be charged.
